Berlinsky (hence the BEB) and I am a New York native who has made my dream come true in sunny Los Angeles and Las Vegas like so many hope to do. But it all started long ago... Surprisingly young, I began working in New York City in the fashion business and in the entertainment business, specifically the major garments and deals in the industries. I moved from New York City to Hollywood, California in January 1996 to join family and friends who were also working in the fashion business and studio production services plus the entertainment business. Simultaneously, I launched a production and rentals business on the east coast and in the west coast. I know I have my family to thank for my fearless entrepreneurial style. This grew into working with various night clubs and private locations in LA. As contacts with top industry clients, celebrities, major studio producers and productions accumulated, my old and new friends began asking me for locations and other high-end rentals for all types of events and productions.
