    Homes/Buildings/Owners have the authority to grant approvals for productions and client requests; no representatives are authorized to make approvals on their behalf.

    All productions and clients must provide comprehensive details outlining the exact nature of the activities at all times. This information must be documented in both email communications and official agreements.

    Representatives (Reps) are explicitly exempt from any liability concerning rentals and are not held responsible for any issues related to the rental properties.

    Rates and Additional Charges:

    Rates are quoted per night, week, or month as specified.

    Additional charges, such as daily maid service, gratuities, and utility overages, are not included in the rates.

    Guest Responsibilities and Conditions of Rental:

    Guests must report any pre-existing damage within 2 days of arrival.

    Properties must be left in the same condition as check-in, with normal wear and tear excepted.

    Guests are responsible for notifying owners or agents of any issues, and they must comply with house rules.

    Mold and Ventilation Notification and Agreement:

    Tenants agree to maintain the premises to inhibit mold growth.

    Tenants release landlords from liability related to mold issues arising from non-compliance.

    Security Deposit:
